Dual Dimension Consulting Limited (DDCL) was registered in Kenya to offer high quality management consultancy and training services across the Government and Private sectors. The firm is headquartered in Nairobi and serving clientele from all the regions in the Country.

The firm presently comprises eight permanent staff and over twenty associates. Our consultants and facilitators are dedicated to devising and implementing innovative, client-based solutions that lead to the better utilization of resources and improvement of performance and service delivery.

Charles Kamunya

Managing Partner

Charles Kamunya, under the guidance of Board of Directors, has steered DDCL since its inception. He holds a Bachelor's degree in social sciences from the University of Nairobi and a Post-graduate diploma in Education from Kenyatta University.

With over eight years experience in training and consultancy facilitation, Charles is a lead trainer and consultant in implementation of Management Systems. Chalres is very instrumental in the process of documentation and implementation of ISO 9000, 14000, and 27000 series standards.
He also trains in:

Benedictor Gichimu

Technical Partner

Benedictor holds a bachelor's degree in biomedical science and Technology from Egerton University. She has over seven years experience in training and consultancy facilitation.

Benedictor is a lead trainer and consultant in implementation of management systems based on ISO 9000, 13485, 17025, 17043 series.

She also trains in other management courses including;

Dorcas Wangeci

Board Member

Dorcas wangeci holds a Bachelor's of science degree in Nutrition, Family and Consumer Studies from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Food and Nutrition Security. She has maintained her proficiency by undertaking a refresher in post graduate course in Food and Nutrition Security from Wageningen University, Netherlands.

Dorcas is an expert in issues of Child protection, humanitarian standards, leadership and governance, strategic Management, health care, biosafety as well as monitoring and evaluation.

She is a registered member of Kenya Nutritionists and Dieticians Institute, KNDI. Dorcas is also a board member of the National Bio-safety Authority (NBA)
 
 

Mercy Mueni

Management Consultant

Mercy holds a Bachelor's of Commerce in Finance and a Diploma in Business Administration from Mount Kenya University. She has over four years of experience in training and consultancy facilitation. Mercy is a lead trainer and a consultant in implementation of Quality management Systems based on ISO 9001:2008 and Environment Management System based on ISO 14001:2004. She also trains in other areas of management which include;

  • Automation of Quality Management Systems based on Dimension Plus system Software
  • Change/ attitude management
  • Customer care
  • Project management
  • Business Development
In addition, Mercy conducts institutional surveys.


Lydia Jepkosgei

Business Development Manager

Lydia holds a bachelor's degree in purchasing and supplies from Moi University and a diploma in supplies Chain Management from Nairobi Technical Training Institute. She has over 5 years of experience in business development.

Lydia is the business development manager and also doubles up as a researcher in institutional surveys

Alice Njogu

Office Administrator

Alice holds a Higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Insight College and currently pursuing A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Mount Kenya University.

Alice is the Office Administrator overseeing the day to day running of the office and in charge of the staff welfare.Alice also conducts institutional surveys.

James Ngarira

Board Member

James Ngarira holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Egerton University.

He has a vast experience in IT systems engineering. He has the ability to apply Engineering and analytical disciplines to identify, document, and verify the functional performance and physical characteristics of systems and associated interfaces to control changes and non-conformance, and track actual configurations of systems and platforms in the modernization effort.

He has enhanced his competency through certifications in CISCO, VMWARE, and SUN systems.

Simon Savai

IT Director

Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology(MMUST).

He is an experienced software developer, where he specialises in distributed web based and mobile devices' based software applications. His development interests include cloud services and android platforms.

Simon leads the development team for DimensionPlus™ . He has also consulted for T24™ Banking systems
 


James M. kabau

Board Member

James kabau is a Lecturer and a registrar at Kenya Technical Teachers College (KTTC). He is a specialist in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Marketing and Consultancy in Entrepreneurship Development One of the Key resource persons hired by Entrepreneurship Education ILO project for training.

He was among the key people appointed to participate in developing Entrepreneurship training manuals (ILO) project and also one of the resource persons hired to conduct TNA survey which culminated in the establishment of SBC's in Technical Training Institutions.

James is a Lead facilitator for KIM's SSE training of SME monitoring and evaluation.

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANTS

DDCL associate Consultants are drawn from the following pools:

  • Former Kenya Bureau of Standards (K.E.B.S) trainers, consultants and systems auditors who have vast experience in various international systems.
  • Former National Environment Authority (N.E.M.A) trainers, consultants and Environmental Auditors who have a lot of experience in Environmental issues, Environmental impact Assessment and Environmental Audit.
  • Other specialists in relevant professional areas.
